Kayce Hawk

Director of the Board

Kayce is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Rising Realty Partners in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Western Washington, Kayce grew up riding horses participating in 4-H and the hunter/jumper community. Prior to her relocation to Southern California, she taught riding lessons to beginners at Red Gate Farm in Sammamish and learned how impactful it is to connect with children while enriching their lives.

In January 2023, Kayce's beloved 12-year-old niece took her own life. It was devastating, and she returned home to be with her family. It is during that time that she and Chelsea hatched a plan to build a not for profit that offers programming to children that allows them to connect to nature, the environment, animals, and farming.

Angela Hawk

Secretary of the Board

Over the years I've experienced family members struggle with drug addiction, alcoholism, mental health, and most recently, the suicide of our grandaughter. I've known Chelsea for years and know her losses. Her passion to reach out to children at risk is a passion you can't help but get involved with. More resources like this program are so needed for our children to have a voice and safe place to go without judgement and commonality with other children. I've been married for 46 years. We have 2 children, and 2 grandchildren.

I bring 50 years of knowledge as a business owner of a successful excavating company, and 24 years of that time working in management at Alaska Airlines in finance and ground support equipment. Now retired, my husband and I enjoy boating, traveling in our RV, spending time with family and supporting The Rescue.
